“Erich’s unintentional art is a by-product of him living in the moment”
Erich Saide is a Vancouver-based photographer who specializes in producing creative images born out of his love of connecting with people and his surroundings. He refers to his style as unintentional art because he enjoys living in the moment and capturing moments in real-time. His images tend to be inspired in-the-moment versus planned out in advance.
Photography started as a love for experimenting with light. If he isn’t out shooting in Gastown, the area around his beautiful work/live studio loft, you might find him taking advantage of the diverse city/mountainscapes that Vancouver has to offer. Living in the PNW offers an endless supply of both inspiration and landscapes for him to capture.
From soft and sensual to edgy and dramatic, his stylized photos use incredible lighting to capture a diverse range of moods. From sunrise to sunset, he enjoys playing with silhouettes and watching the light bounce on and off his subjects.
Born in Kingston, Jamaica and raised in Vancouver, BC, Canada, Erich is happiest when he’s creating powerful and dynamic images. We hope you enjoy having his artwork as much as he enjoyed creating it for you.
